EGN Indonesia is looking for a Community Growth Manager - is that you?

This role will require you to be working largely from home in Indonesia.
- To perform active warm and cold calling and marketing with new and existing leads to build own pipeline for assigned products and target segment
- To develop and connect leads to Discovery Calls for Community Growth Directors
- To maintain accurate, updated data in our CRM on potential members including notes of calls, numbers and dates of meetings secured, potential leads, contacts made etc
- To positively articulate EGN’s services, propositions, and marketing messages for existing and any new developments
- To be able to discuss and tailor your pitch to senior level management
- To show an understanding of the challenges faced by our potential members at present and illustrate a knowledge of the operational attention to detail that will be required to succeed within their industry
- To develop and maintain an understanding of internal & external customer needs in order to assist the Company in meeting its’ business objectives
- To build strong and productive working relationships with both Community Growth and administrative colleagues

**Requirements**:

- **Native-level English reading/writing/spoken ability is a must for liaising with global colleagues and leads**:

- **1-2 years’ experience in (tele)sales with senior executives (preferable for services or intangible products)**:

- **Strong sales focus with a competitive drive to attain assigned targets**:

- **Excellent telephone skills**:

- Self-starter with high energy with the ability to work both individually and in a team environment to achieve an agreed business plan
- Versatile, resilient individual to adapt to market and business changes and needs
- Demonstrated ability to build professional and influential customer relationships and a strong team player internally
- Excellent negotiation skills to manage customer expectations and capitalise on sales opportunities
- Concern for excellence in customer service.
- Must be able to work at home, and conduct meetings virtually
