We are looking for a Senior Growth Manager to take ownership of long-term growth strategies, market expansion, and business scaling. This role will focus on strategic planning, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration to drive sustainable revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with a strong analytical mindset, capable of identifying opportunities and crafting high-impact strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy aligned with business objectives.

  • Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and expansion strategies.

  • Lead the development of innovative revenue models and strategic partnerships.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and refine growth KPIs and success metrics

  • Analyze industry trends, competitive landscapes, and consumer behavior to inform strategic decisions.

  • Leverage data analytics, financial modeling, and market research to drive growth initiatives.

  • Design and implement scalable frameworks for tracking and optimizing key performance indicators.

  • Work closely with product, marketing, sales, and finance teams to ensure alignment on growth objectives.

  • Influence product development roadmaps based on customer insights and market needs.

  • Partner with marketing to refine positioning, branding, and customer engagement strategies

  • Provide thought leadership on best practices, trends, and innovations in growth strategy.

  • Mentor and develop internal teams to foster a data-driven and growth-oriented culture.

  • Drive strategic initiatives that enhance customer lifetime value, retention, and market positioning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

  • 10+ years of experience in a strategic growth, business development, or corporate strategy role.

  • Proven track record of scaling businesses through strategic planning and execution.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.

  • Expertise in market expansion, revenue modeling, and business strategy.

  • Experience working with C-level executives and influencing key business decisions.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and drive long-term impact.
