We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Growth Project Manager to lead Klikit's strategic online delivery rollout. This role focuses on driving merchant adoption, operational readiness, and cross-functional execution to accelerate growth. You will be responsible for managing pilot rollouts, coordinating stakeholders, and scaling successful processes nationwide.

This is an operations and growth-focused position — ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can bridge between partners and internal teams, and has a proven ability to deliver projects that drive measurable business impact.

  1. Rollout Planning & Execution

  2. Design and manage rollout timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

  3. Coordinate across Product, Ops, CSM, Support, and Finance teams to ensure readiness.

  4. Lead pilot deployments in target cities, from merchant onboarding to go-live.

  5. Merchant Growth & Activation

  6. Drive merchant onboarding, training, and adoption of Klikit's delivery platform.

  7. Monitor merchant activation rates, order volumes, and transaction success.

  8. Identify and resolve barriers to merchant growth during rollout.

  9. Partner & Stakeholder Management

  10. Serve as primary point of contact for external delivery operators, payment providers, and merchant partners.

  11. Facilitate weekly progress updates, ensuring transparency on status, risks, and next steps.

  12. Maintain accountability for contractual and operational obligations.

  13. Process Optimization & Scaling

  14. Gather insights from pilots to standardize and optimize processes.

  15. Develop scalable playbooks for expansion across multiple cities.

  16. Ensure operational efficiency and partner satisfaction as rollout expands.

  17. Tracking & Reporting

  18. Define and monitor KPIs: merchant activation, GMV growth, transaction success, and issue resolution.

  19. Build dashboards and prepare reports for leadership.
  20. Continuously recommend improvements for growth acceleration.

Requirements

Experience: 3–5 years in project management, operations, or growth/expansion (experience in SaaS, food delivery, fintech, or logistics is a plus).

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
  • Excellent communication in Bahasa & English.
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort in KPI tracking and reporting.
