Role Description

This is a contract position for a Growth Hacking professional, based on-site in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role involves analyzing market opportunities, creating and executing growth-focused strategies, driving customer acquisition, managing marketing campaigns, and collaborating closely with sales and project teams. Key tasks include data analysis, communication of findings, and identifying innovative ways to scale business growth and brand engagement.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and measure growth performance.
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration and engagement with stakeholders.
  • Expertise in Growth Hacking, including strategies to expand outreach and engagement.
  • Sales experience with an ability to drive customer acquisition and retention efforts.
  • Project Management skills to ensure timely execution and success of growth initiatives.
  • Passion for innovation, proactive approach to problem-solving, and results-driven mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in education or language learning services is a plus.
