Job Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, Branding, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in marketing, branding, or product management (preferably FMCG, lifestyle, tech, or vape industry).
- Proven experience managing end-to-end marketing campaigns. Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of branding principles, consumer behavior, and digital marketing.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate data into insights and actionable strategies.
- Experience working with agencies, KOLs, and creative teams.
- Strong project management, leadership, and decision-making ability. Tools & Technical Proficiency
- Familiar with marketing analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, SimilarWeb, Modash).
- Proficient in project management tools (Notion, Asana, Trello, ClickUp or similar).
- Understanding of Adobe, Figma, or creative workflow is a plus. Soft Skills
- Creative thinker with business-driven mindset.
- Detail-oriented, structured, and able to multitask.
- Adaptable, fast learner, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and maintain the brand strategy and identity guidelines.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and audience insights to refine positioning.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and departments.
- Campaign Planning & Execution
- Lead the planning and execution of brand and marketing campaigns (digital, offline, influencer, retail).
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data.
- Product & Market Development
- Collaborate with product teams on product naming, packaging, launch plan, and messaging.
- Support go-to-market initiatives for new products and seasonal releases.
- Identify new opportunities, category expansion, and target audience development.
- Content, Creative, & Communication Oversight
- Supervise creative direction (visuals, copywriting, tone of voice).
- Align communications across social media, website, PR, advertising, and sales materials.
- Approve key creative assets and ensure brand consistency.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Manage relationships with agencies, influencers, KOLs, BTL partners, and internal teams.
- Oversee contracts, budget allocation, production, and deliverables.
- Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- Track brand growth, sentiment, market penetration, and engagement metrics.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly brand performance reports.
- Recommend strategic improvements backed by data and insights.
