What You'll Be Doing:
As a Relationship Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional client experience. You'll serve as the bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless execution, strong retention, and consistent satisfaction. - Client Engagement:
Attend key online and offline meetings, from onboarding to strategy discussions and monthly reviews ensuring clients feel heard and valued every step of the way. - Proactive Communication:
Act as the go-to person for client inquiries and updates. Follow up promptly with clear meeting summaries and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. - Cross-Team Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams Collaborate with teams from various divisions to align project operations with marketing objectives, ensuring client satisfaction and driving revenue growth. - Client Satisfaction & Retention:
Be the voice of our Client. Address concerns with empathy and effectiveness to build trust, loyalty, and long-term partnerships. - Business Development Support:
Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities and contribute to the growth of your client portfolio. - Strategic Coordination:
Partner with project managers to ensure client expectations are well-aligned with internal capabilities and timelines. - Performance & Reporting:
Track key performance metrics, conduct marketing analysis, and share insights through structured reporting to help clients visualize their growth journey.
What You'll Bring
- 1–3 years of experience in client handling or account management.
- Exceptional fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply, particularly those from Business, Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or related fields (though we welcome all backgrounds).
- Also open to high-achieving fresh graduates in Business, Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or a related field (but all backgrounds are welcome).
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, verbal, written, and interpersonal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, and able to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Empathetic, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Must be able to work from our Setia Budi office (Full WFO).
