Account Manager

We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Account Managers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, driving new business opportunities, and ensuring successful account renewals. You will play a key role in managing strategic accounts across various industries, including BFSI, Telecommunication, Oil & Gas, Mining, and Government sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain existing client accounts by building long-term, trust-based relationships.
- Identify and close new accounts to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Manage account renewals to ensure continuous partnership and customer satisfaction.
- Handle strategic accounts by developing tailored solutions and growth strategies.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer success.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial offers aligned with client needs.
- Monitor account performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to enhance client engagement and service offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Business Development.
- Proven track record in maintaining and growing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Experience handling clients in the Financial Services (BFSI), Telecommunication, or Governmentsectors is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
