What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing operational strategies to optimise efficiency and guest satisfaction
  • Managing staff scheduling, training, and performance to build a motivated and skilled team
  • Overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, including accommodation, food and beverage, and guest services
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Analysing performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions
  • Fostering a positive, customer-centric culture that aligns with the company's values
  • Collaborating with other departments to deliver a seamless, integrated guest experience

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a senior operational role within the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve exceptional results
  • Strong understanding of hotel operations, including revenue management, inventory control, and quality assurance
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically
  • Proficient in budget management and financial analysis
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
