About the role

Adiwana Warnakali Nusa Penida is seeking an experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team in Nusa Penida, Bali. This is a contract position, offering the opportunity to work in a stunning tropical island location. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our front office, ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless guest experience.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and supervise the front office team, providing training, support and guidance to ensure excellent service delivery
  2. Handle guest enquiries, bookings and check-in/check-out processes efficiently and professionally
  3. Oversee the maintenance of accurate guest records and documentation
  4. Assist with managing room allocations and inventory control
  5. Liaise with other departments to coordinate guest requests and resolve any issues promptly
  6. Implement and monitor front office policies, procedures and standards
  7. Contribute to the development of front office strategies and process improvements

What we're looking for

  1. Relevant experience in a front office supervisory role within the hospitality industry
  2. Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
  3. Proficient in hotel property management systems and front office operations
  4. Ability to lead and motivate a team, providing training and support as needed
  5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  6. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  7. Flexible and adaptable to work in a dynamic, island-based environment
