Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and hire for our IT Operations Team, including
    DevOps
    ,
    SysAdmin
    and Technical Support roles.
  • Manage our full production stack (Digital Ocean, GCP, Docker, PHP/Laravel, Nginx, MySQL, Redis) and drive modernization projects (e.g., K8s R&D, IoT).
  • Own all network/security, from cloud to on-premise office hardware (routers, switches, cabling), and manage corporate IT systems (Google Workspace).
  • Maintain and manage the infrastructure for our data pipelines (AirByte, dbt, BigQuery).

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years in IT Operations, DevOps, or SRE, with proven experience managing a technical team.
  • Expert-level skills in networking (cloud and on-premise) and cloud platforms (Digital Ocean, GCP).
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, PHP/Laravel, Nginx, MySQL, and Redis.
  • Professional-level written and verbal English communication skills.
  • A "player-coach" mindset: a strategic leader who is also highly technical and hands-on.
