About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operational Manager to join our team at Tjendana Corporation' placement in Karangasem, a leading hospitality company in Bali. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our prestigious resort, ensuring exceptional service delivery and driving continuous improvement across all aspects of the business.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and oversee all operational aspects of the resort, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experience and drive operational efficiency
  • Monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
  • Liaise with departmental heads to ensure seamless coordination and communication
  • Manage and develop a team of dedicated professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to contribute to the overall strategic direction of the business

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a senior operational management role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Demonstrated ability to improve operational efficiency and enhance guest satisfaction
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and technology to support operational management
  • A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
