Apex Property Management is a fast-growing, results-driven real estate & hospitality company managing 20+ villas across Cemagi, Seseh, Pererenan, and Canggu.

We are looking for a high-level Operations Manager to lead our daily villa operations and ensure consistent, top-quality service across our entire portfolio.

What You'll Manage
  • Team Leadership: Oversee and motivate a team of 15 cleaners, plus technicians, and operational support staff.
  • Property Operations: Ensure 20 villas and a Hotel with 8 rooms run smoothly every day—quality checks, maintenance coordination, and problem-solving.
  • Communication Flow: Work closely with our Communication Manager to guarantee fast updates to guests, owners, and internal staff.
  • Scheduling & Planning: Create efficient schedules, assign tasks, and manage daily villa operations with precision.
  • Quality Control: Maintain Apex's standards: clean villas, working facilities, stocked supplies, and prompt resolution of guest issues.
  • Reporting: Provide daily/weekly reports to management on operations, staff performance, villa status, and incident logs.
Requirements
  • Strong experience in hospitality / villa operations / hotel management
  • Leadership skills — able to manage a large team with discipline and respect
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Able to work under pressure and handle multiple villas at once
  • Good English
  • Tech-friendly (WhatsApp, Google Sheets, , etc.)
