Operation Analyst

Position Summary

The Operations Analyst plays a central role in aligning, standardizing, and scaling operational practices across BAKED. outlets. This role is responsible for developing SOPs, implementing frontline enablement tools, conducting cross-outlet learning forums, and ensuring operational improvements are data-driven, documented, and adopted. Working closely with Regional Outlet Managers (ROMs), Outlet Managers (OMs), and cross-functional HQ teams, the role ensures all frontline execution is consistent, cost-efficient, and innovation-ready.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, govern, and maintain SOPs, process guidelines (PnP), and operational enablement materials with version control and change log systems
• Build and manage the shared campaign and operational planning calendar in alignment with Marketing and ROM
• Maintain BAKED Silo as a centralized knowledge base and ensure timely publication of FBI and relevant updates
• Analyze monthly Operations Reports and collaborate with ROMs to generate insights and corrective actions
• Facilitate regular outlet integration sessions and workshops to standardize practices and spread cross-outlet learnings
• Drive the rollout and usage of frontline tools (toolkits, dashboards, checklists, nimbly), monitor adoption, and track usability feedback
• Lead quarterly pilots of innovations in operations or process efficiency and conduct impact analysis for scale-up
• Design and implement rollout readiness systems, including checklists, nimbly, and training modules
• Identify execution gaps at outlet level and design enablement interventions in collaboration with T&C and L&D
• Oversee efficiency and cost-saving initiatives in partnership with outlet teams and ROMs
• Support implementation of sustainability, health & safety, and risk management actions across outlets
• Ensure visibility and integration of tools (FBI, reporting, dashboards) into monthly Ops rhythms
• Represent Operations team in cross-functional coordination related to enablement, implementation, or outlet readiness
• Prepare quarterly Ops Review materials to present insights, innovations, and learnings to senior leadership

Required Skills

• Proven experience in operations enablement, project implementation, or multi-site retail/F&B execution
• Strong command of SOP design, rollout planning, and execution management
• Excellent facilitation, project management, and communication skills
• Analytical and data-literate, with ability to drive action from operational metrics
• Proficiency in collaboration tools (Google Workspace, dashboards, LMS, workflow trackers)
• Familiarity with cost management, frontline team coaching, and operational process improvement
• Ability to influence across departments and connect strategy with execution

Working Conditions

• Based at HQ with regular field visits to outlets across regions
• Works cross-functionally with ROMs, OMs, Ops Support, Marketing, Finance, and L&D
• Required flexibility to manage deadlines tied to SOP rollout, training cycles, and calendar alignment
