This role will be focused for the Online Asset business unit.

OnlineAsset is specialized in the acquisition and management of profitable online businesses in various sectors: e-commerce, affiliation, display advertising, and info products. We work with international investors and operate on digital assets valued between USD 3–7 million.

We are looking for an experienced Indonesian Financial Analyst, capable of bringing strong expertise in financial analysis and auditing, in order to ensure the reliability of revenues and optimize the performance of our digital investments.

Responsibilities

• Financial Analysis & Reporting Verify the accuracy of declared revenues from website operators (via bank statements, ad networks, e-commerce platforms).

• Analyze the real profitability of each asset (gross margin, net margin, ROI, etc.). Build and maintain financial dashboards to track monthly and quarterly performance.

• Identify gaps between forecasts and actuals, provide explanations and recommendations.

• Audit & Control Conduct detailed financial audits before acquisitions (due diligence). Verify the reliability of data provided by founders or sellers (traffic, revenues, expenses, contracts).

• Detect anomalies, fraud, or inconsistencies. Monitor multi-currency financial flows (USD, EUR, IDR, crypto).

• Understand and compare different digital business models:

• E-commerce: product margins, logistics, returns. Affiliation: partner reliability, recurring commissions.

• Display advertising (Adsense, Mediavine, Ezoic, etc.): RPM, seasonality, algorithm dependency. Infoproducts: conversion rates, churn, dependency on creators.

• Assess the strengths, weaknesses, and risks of each model.

• Strategic Support Provide clear and concise financial reports to management and investors.

• Contribute to the optimization of financial structures post-acquisition. Bring a critical and independent perspective on the performance of assets.

Requirements:

• University degree in finance, accounting, audit, or economics.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in consulting, audit, financial analyst
• Experience in a Big Four or reputable firms will be a preferred
• Strong knowledge of advanced financial analysis methods (DCF, multiples, EBITDA, etc.).
• Solid understanding of digital business models (SEO-driven websites, Ads, e-commerce, SaaS) is a plus.
• Advanced skills in Excel / Google Sheets and financial reporting tools. Excellent ability to present and explain financial data to non-technical audiences (investors, founders).
• English proficiency required: reading, writing, and speaking
• Willing to be placed in Canggu, Bali
