About the role

Adiwana Warnakali Nusa Penida' is seeking an exceptional Assistant E-Commerce Manager to join our dynamic team. This full-time role will be based in the vibrant Nusa Penida, Bali. As the Assistant E-Commerce Manager, you will play a crucial part in driving the growth and success of our e-commerce operations, supporting our overarching retail and consumer products strategy.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist the E-Commerce Manager in developing and implementing effective e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and market share
  • Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, including inventory management, order fulfilment, and customer service
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and campaigns to drive traffic and conversions on our e-commerce platforms
  • Analyse website performance data and customer insights to identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement
  • Assist in the selection and implementation of e-commerce technologies and tools to enhance the online shopping experience
  • Provide support in managing relationships with e-commerce marketplaces, logistics partners, and other third-party service providers
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of e-commerce policies, procedures, and best practices

What we're looking for

  • 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce or retail operations, preferably in a management or assistant role
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and sales techniques
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Proficient in using e-commerce and digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, Shopify, or Magento
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Adaptable and resourceful, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Passion for the retail and consumer products industry and a desire to contribute to the growth of the business
