E-Commerce Manager (Product)

Responsible for our product business (Wasted and Potato Head products)

Based in Bali / Full Time

What you'll do:

  • Manage daily operations of the online store, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory management
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow online sales through campaigns, promotions, and cross-selling initiatives
  • Collaborate with marketing to run digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, social, email, influencer) and improve the customer journey
  • Monitor website performance, enhance UX/UI, and resolve customer escalations to ensure a seamless experience
  • Analyse data and provide regular performance reports, using insights to optimise sales, conversions, and customer retention

What makes you a great fit:

  • 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce or digital retail
  • Proficient with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar)
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen with hands-on experience in

digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.)

  • Detail-oriented, collaborative, and customer-focused with a passion for innovation and growth
