We're Hiring: E-Commerce Staff

Job Description:

  • Manage and monitor e-commerce accounts (Shopify (MUST), Tokopedia, etc.).
  • Manage and process daily orders from various marketplaces.
  • Ensure product, price, and stock data are always up-to-date.
  • Understand and manage the affiliate marketing system, including affiliate program settings, affiliate sales tracking, and commission calculations.
  • Coordinate with the team regarding promotions, discounts, and affiliate campaigns.
  • Create regular affiliate sales and commission reports.
  • Answer questions from affiliates or customers regarding products, programs, and commissions.
  • Work with the operational team to ensure timely delivery and optimal service.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum education of D3/S1 in Business, Marketing, or similar is an added value.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in an e-commerce admin position or related.
  • Understand how the affiliate marketing system works and commission calculations.
  • Thorough, detailed, and have good analytical skills.
  • Able to operate e-commerce platforms and affiliate tracking tools.
  • Proficient in using Excel/Google Sheets for data recap and calculations.
  • Communicative and able to work in a team.
  • Ready to work in a fast rhythm and daily targets.
