Job Requirements :

  • Must be fluent in Mandarin / Chinese langguage ( speaking, listening, writing )
  • Minimum education D3/ S1
  • Proficient in operating e-commerce platforms (Shopee Seller Center, TikTok Shop, etc.) min 1 year of experience in cross-country/local e-commerce
  • Have good communication skills and Team Work. Experience leading a team is Preferred
  • Results-oriented, analytical and creative. Able to work in a fast pace and solve problems across teams.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Responsible to assist an effective and efficient communications between local employees and foreign employees who needs translation both verbal and written.
  • Manage daily operations of e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, Tiktok, etc.),
  • Analyze sales data & market trends, develop operational strategies to increase traffic, conversions, and sales.
  • Develop weekly live streaming plans & influencer/KOL collaboration strategies, and conduct long-term tracking for influencer collaboration.
  • Coordinate logistics, warehouse, and customer service teams between China and Indonesia to ensure efficient supply chain.
  • Lead the team to achieve operational targets, report performance regularly, and provide improvement solutions.
