Responsible for managing and optimizing online stores across platforms like Shopee and TikTok Shop. This role involves overseeing product listings, inventory management, and content creation (short videos, live streaming, shopping links). They also responsible for planning and executing promotional campaigns, collaborates with influencers, and analyzes campaign performance to drive traffic and conversions. Strong data analysis, platform knowledge, creativity, and communication skills are essential to succeed in this role. Experience with digital advertising tools like TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads, or Google Ads is a plus.

**Responsibilities**

Platform Management:

- Manage stores on e-commerce platforms (Shopee & TikTok Shop), including uploading, updating, and optimizing products.
- Handle content on TikTok Shop, such as setting up short videos, live streaming, and shopping links.
- Monitor product stock and coordinate restocking needs to ensure product availability.

Planning and Promotion:

- Design promotional campaigns across various platforms, including Shopee & TikTok.
- Collaborate with creators or influencers to organize promotions through short videos and live streaming to increase traffic and conversions.
- Evaluate promotional campaign performance through data analysis and adjust strategies as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations, particularly on Shopee & TikTok Shop, with a good understanding of platform algorithms and rules.
- Familiar with the Shopee & TikTok Shop ecosystem, including short video content creation, live streaming planning, and influencer collaboration.
- Strong data analysis skills using Excel, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
- Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to adapt quickly.
- Creative, trend-sensitive in digital content, and innovative in marketing approaches.
- Preferably experienced in digital advertising (TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads, Google Ads).
