**Opportunity**

As a full-time on-site E-commerce Specialist located in Jakarta, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our online sales channels. Your primary focus will be to enhance the BIOTA online shopping experience, drive revenue, and strengthen our brand presence across various e-commerce platforms. With a keen eye for detail and sales strategy, you will work collaboratively with diverse teams to achieve our ecommerce goals.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and optimize BIOTA’s e-commerce website and accounts on third-party platforms such as Tokopedia, Shopee, and Lazada to maximize sales.
- Develop and execute effective e-commerce marketing strategies to increase traffic, conversion rates, and overall sales performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and utilize data analytics tools to evaluate sales trends and consumer behavior.
- Create compelling product listings, including images and descriptions, that enhance product visibility and attract customers.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive messaging and customer experience across all channels.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to continually improve e-commerce performance

**Requirements**:

- At least 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing, preferably in the technology or consumer electronics sector.
- Proven experience with e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify and major online marketplaces like Tokopedia and Shopee.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies based on insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on persuasive content creation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a team leader
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics software is a plus.
