About the role:

We are looking for a driven, analitical, and creative E-Commerce Specialist to join our growing digital commerce team.

You will manage and optimize our online presence across leading marketplace platforms (Tokopedia, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and others) executing campaigns, analyzing performance, and crafting strategies that drive visibility, conversion, and long-therm growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields.
  • 2 - 3 years of hands-on experience managing e-commerce campaigns or online stores (brand or agency side).
  • Proven success in driving marketplace performance accross Tokopedia, Shopee, TikTok Shop, or Lazada.
  • Strong understanding of social commerce (live shopping, affiliate marketing, short video strategy).
  • Proficiency with data analytics (Excel, Google Sheets, platform dashboards).
  • Creative mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills.
  • Passionate about e-commerce growth, marketplace trends, and digital innovation.
  • Experience in lifestyle, design, or furniture categories is a plus.
