As part of our growing operations, the
Warehouse Staff
plays a key role in ensuring efficient, accurate, and safe warehouse operations, supporting timely order fulfillment and excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
  • Ensure that goods are handled and stored according to company standards and safety regulations.
  • Support regular stock counts, reconciliation, and ensure accurate record keeping in the inventory system.
  • Monitor inventory movement to reduce stock discrepancies, damage, and shrinkage.
  • Track outgoing shipments and handle any delivery or courier issues promptly.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on warehouse performance, stock levels, and dispatch activities.
  • Communicate effectively with procurement, logistics, and customer service teams to align operations.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and regulatory standards in storage, shipment, and handling of alcoholic beverages (if applicable by law).

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Experience in retail, FMCG, or e-commerce warehousing is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse workflows, inventory systems, and operational best practices.
  • Proficient in ERP, WMS, inventory management systems, Excel, data reporting tools.
  • Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and safety.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with regulatory & compliance aspects related to beverage storage, shipping, handling (especially if alcohol regulations apply).
