Job Description

Vanara Resort & Spa is seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-commerce Manager to lead and optimize our online sales channels and digital revenue performance. This role is critical in driving direct bookings, managing OTA platforms, and strengthening the resort's digital presence in the luxury hospitality market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize all online sales channels (official website, OTAs, booking platforms)
  • Maximize direct bookings and online revenue
  • Manage OTA content, rates, availability, and promotions , Agoda, Expedia, etc.)
  • Coordinate with Revenue Manager and Marketing team on pricing and campaigns
  • Analyze performance metrics, conversion rates, and booking trends
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of content, images, and descriptions across all channels
  • Manage channel manager and booking engine
  • Monitor competitors and market trends
  • Collaborate with creative teams on website updates and digital assets
Requirements
  • Minimum 3–5 years experience in E-commerce / Digital Sales within 4★–5★ hotel or resort
  • Strong experience with OTAs and channel management
  • Understanding of hotel revenue management and online distribution
  • Proficient in booking engines, channel managers, and PMS
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills
  • Strong communication skills in English; Bahasa Indonesia required
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-focused
  • Experience in luxury or boutique hospitality is an advantage
