About the Role

Heyvisa is looking for an Admin & Operations Intern to support our daily operations. You will assist the team with administrative tasks such as scanning, printing, organizing documents, and coordinating basic operational needs.

This role is perfect for someone who is organized, reliable, and eager to learn how a fast-growing travel and visa company runs behind the scenes.

What You Will Do

  • Support daily administrative tasks including printing, scanning, filing, and organizing documents
  • Help prepare visa application files and ensure documents are complete and well arranged
  • Coordinate pickups, deliveries, and other simple office errands when needed
  • Assist the operations team in scheduling, data entry, and document tracking
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure everything is in order
  • Provide general support to the team to keep operations running smoothly

What We Are Looking For

  • Currently studying or recently graduated from any major (preferably Administration, Business, or related field)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
  • Proficient in using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
  • Willing to assist with hands-on operational work such as printing and scanning
  • Fast learner with a positive and proactive attitude
  • Available for at least 3 months of internship duration
