Growth & Operational Admin (Generalist)

Lokasi: Sudirman, Jakarta (Full-Time On-Site)

Kami sedang mencari Growth & Operational Admin (Generalist) yang sangat terorganisir dan detail untuk mendukung inisiatif growth dan tugas operasional harian. Role ini ideal untuk individu yang proaktif dan berkembang dalam lingkungan yang dinamis.

Tanggung Jawab Utama:

1. Growth & Project Operational Support:

  • Assist the team dalam menjalankan digital growth untuk laporan harian, mingguan, dan bulanan.
  • Support penyiapan materi dan tugas administratif untuk inisiatif campaign.

2. HR & Payroll Administration:

  • Draft dan kelola kontrak kerja untuk karyawan baru dan perjanjian dengan pihak ketiga.
  • Proses payroll secara akurat, termasuk data kehadiran, tunjangan, dan pemotongan PPh 21.
  • Kelola administrasi dan dokumentasi untuk BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan.
  • Bantu proses rekrutmen administratif seperti penjadwalan interview dan pengumpulan dokumen pelamar.

3. Document Management & General Administration:

  • Kelola, arsipkan, dan pastikan kelengkapan dokumen perusahaan (digital dan fisik).
  • Organisir dan proses dokumen keuangan dasar seperti invoice dan reimbursement.
  • Bantu penyiapan laporan operasional dan administratif rutin.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Pengalaman 1-2 tahun di peran administratif, operasional, atau HR, termasuk payroll dan contract drafting.
  • Mahir Microsoft Office, khususnya Excel untuk kalkulasi dan Word untuk drafting dokumen.
  • Detail-oriented, terstruktur, dan terampil dalam multitasking dan time management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Mampu menjaga kerahasiaan data perusahaan.
  • Lulusan D3/S1 dari bidang apa pun.
  • Pemahaman payroll calculations dan perpajakan pengajian dan pembayaran vendor
  • Ketertarikan atau pemahaman dasar tentang digital marketing.
