Job Description:

The
Operation Specialist
will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of daily travel operations, including managing bookings, coordinating with suppliers, and overseeing service quality. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with guides, drivers, and vendors to deliver exceptional travel experiences while maintaining accurate records and supporting operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records and reports of all travel bookings.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to tour guides and drivers.
  • Oversee the day-to-day travel operations to ensure smooth execution.
  • Coordinate transportation and service arrangements with vendors and suppliers.
  • Prepare and manage tour requirements to meet client expectations.
  • Monitor service delivery and resolve any operational issues promptly.
  • Support communication between internal departments and external partners.
  • Ensure all operational procedures align with company standards and client satisfaction goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum education: D3, any major.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Preferably have a minimum of 1 year of work experience in a tour and travel company.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Have accuracy and attention to detail, communication skills, able to organize, and manage time well.
  • Willing to work on shift.
  • Preferably domiciled in Bali.
