Smailing Tour DMC (PT Smailing Tours and Travel Service), headquartered in Bali - with a focus on serving inbound travelers to Indonesia, is the extended arm of Smailing Tour Group in Indonesia. We are currently looking for employees for the following position:

OPERATION SPECIALIST

Job description:

• Maintain accurate records and reports of all travel bookings.
• Assigment of responsibilities to tourist guides and drivers.
• Ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of travel services and tours.
• Responsible for overseeing the day to day operations.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers' transport.
• Prepare tour requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum education: D3, any major.
• Proficient in English.
• Preferably have a minimum of 1 year of work experience in a tour and travel company.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Have accuracy and attention to detail, communication skills, able to organize, and manage time well.
• Willing to work on shift.
• Preferably domiciled in Bali.
