Reservations Specialist

On behalf of our client (an Australian company), a luxury premium brand (supercar rental) is looking for a
Reservations Specialist
to join our client's
Experience/Admin
team in Bali. This role is all about ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting our clients' journey, and delivering the premium service that defines our brand.
What you'll be doing:
- Manage communications (calls, emails, WhatsApp) with a 24-hour response time.
- Keep client data accurate and updated daily.
- Support seamless client journey tracking and experience board updates.
- Enter sales team updates across platforms promptly.
- Join and contribute to weekly team meetings.
- Ensure consistent positive client feedback through outstanding service.
What we're looking for:
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in admin or sales support roles.
You'll be great if you have experience in the hotel & tourism industry, cruise lines, airlines, and other luxury hospitality
.
Exceptional speaking and writing in English.
This will be your daily language
.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
You don't do office drama
.
Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive.
Confident using tools like Outlook, Gmail, WhatsApp, Kartra, Stripe, Hubspot, , and Canva.
Passionate about customer experience in a premium brand environment.
Based in Bali or willing to relocate.
Can join ASAP.
Other information:
Contract role (1 year) | Salary range: IDR 6 – 8 mio nett | Exclude commission
Work setup: Bali (on-site)
Availability: ASAP (within days if possible)
