Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Operations Specialist at WOLO Travel. The role is located in Denpasar, with some work from home flexibility. The Operations Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day operations, customer services, manage day trips booking, various administrative tasks and on the ground or e-commerce sales activities to ensure the smooth functioning of travel experiences.

Qualifications & experience

  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Great communication in English and Bahasa both spoken and written
  • Great service mind and customers focused
  • Multitasking and organizational skills
  • Analytical and problem solving skills

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Managing the reservation and operation both online and on-ground between WOLO Global, all ground suppliers in South East Asia, WOLO Airport representative, South African clients, and WOLO Travel Indonesia for the inbound travel business.
  • Handling customer service via WhatsApp, Email, and face to face.
  • Working with the teams to develop products and marketing.
  • Up-selling Experience products to WOLO customers.
  • Dealing with suppliers and making reservation for clients.
  • Managing sales, report, and tariff sheet (contract rates) for hotels and suppliers.
  • Looking for opportunities on the ground branding and advertising to expand WOLO Travel brand in Indonesia with our day trips, tour guide, van and transfer services.
  • Potential to expand the role and responsibility to other parts as the business grows.
