Integras is a growing offset printing and packaging company headquartered in Jakarta. We specialize in paper packaging, folding boxes, paper bags, and corrugated boxes. As part of our expansion, we are strengthening our operational foundation to become a trusted, scalable partner for packaging solutions.

We are seeking a Head of Manufacturing / Operations to oversee production and fulfillment while building the systems, processes, and organizational structures required for long-term growth. This role is ideal for a senior professional with a proven track record in manufacturing leadership, operational excellence, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee all manufacturing activities including prepress, PPIC, printing, finishing, QC, maintenance, and operations.
  2. Ensure production efficiency, consistent quality, and on-time delivery to meet customer expectations.
  3. Establish, implement, and continuously improve SOPs, workflows, and process controls.
  4. Lead, mentor, and develop supervisors and production teams to achieve performance targets and KPIs.
  5. Drive operational improvements using lean manufacturing, ISO principles, and best practices.
  6. Monitor, analyze, and report production performance, while initiating technology adoption and automation projects.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (Master's preferred).
  2. 5–10 years of proven leadership in manufacturing/operations (experience in packaging, FMCG, or offset printing is a strong advantage).
  3. Demonstrated success in building SOPs, systems, and organizational frameworks.
  4. Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, ISO, process improvement, and quality management systems.
  5. Excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills.
  6. Strong digital fluency: Microsoft Office, ERP/MRP systems, and AI-based tools.
