We're Hiring: Applcation Support / IT Operation

Responsibilities:

  • Perform operational support to ensure applications run stably, securely, and according to business needs.
  • Incident handling, problem management, request fulfilment & service support, proactive maintenance, reporting & documentation.
  • Willing to work in a shifting pattern (1 day has 2 shifts).
  • Will be contracted starting January 2026, for 1 year of work.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Science (or equivalent).
  • Have at least 2 years of work experience in the field of application support/IT operations.
  • Have technical skills related to databases, operating systems, troubleshooting, application servers & middleware.
  • Excellent problem solving & analytical thinking, teamwork and collaboration abilities, documentation, and customer oriented.
  • Optional Competencies & Certification (plus points): monitoring tools, container application, database certification, Linux/Windows Administration, middleware certification.
  • Able to handle incidents according to SLA, time management & priorities, adaptive to new technologies & fast learning
