  • Prepare documentation related to incidents, resolutions, and system updates.

  • Minimum Qualifications: Holds a degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Experienced in application support and B2B project environments, particularly those involving integration and API usage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
