Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Application Developer to join our development team. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining and developing applications, ensuring performance and reliability, and supporting business needs through efficient software solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance applications based on business requirements.
  • Work with internal teams to design and implement system improvements.
  • Ensure application quality, performance, and compliance with coding standards.
  • Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization.
  • Create and maintain system documentation and technical reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.

Requirements (Must-have):

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in application development.
  • Proficient in Java, Oracle Database, and Jasper Report.
  • Hands-on experience with Finder (Open Link) is required.
  • Open to candidates from all industries (insurance background not mandatory).

Good-to-have Skills:

  • Knowledge of Oracle tools and technologies such as SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports.
  • Experience with Oracle APEX is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in English is an advantage.
