Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Customer Relation Staff located in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing exceptional support, and managing customer inquiries effectively. Daily tasks include addressing customer needs, handling complaints, and fostering a positive experience to improve customer retention.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Customer Retention and ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong communication abilities, including active listening and effective problem-solving
  • Experience in Customer Support and providing top-notch Customer Service
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and customer management systems is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous
