Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area for the Customer Relation Team. The role involves maintaining and improving customer satisfaction, managing customer support interactions, and ensuring the success of customer retention initiatives. Daily tasks will include responding to customer inquiries promptly, resolving customer concerns effectively, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the customer experience. The individual will also work on building lasting relationships with clients and implementing strategies to meet their needs.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Retention and enhancing Customer Satisfaction through effective service and engagement strategies
  • Strong skills in Customer Support and Customer Service, with a focus on problem-solving and professionalism
  • Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written, to interact with a diverse group of clients and team members
  • Experience in client relationship management or customer success in a similar industry is a plus
  • Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment
  • Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is preferred
