About the role:

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Relations Team based in the South Jakarta area. This position will be involved in a range of daily activities, including marketing development, direct sales initiatives, market research, customer engagement, and marketing implementation.

What are we looking for:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong background or interest in market research
  • Ability to design and execute effective marketing strategies
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration abilities
  • Previous experience in sales or marketing is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • 0–1 year of experience in customer relations or a related field
  • Domiciled in Jabodetabek area, within reasonable commuting distance to Kuningan, Jakarta
