We are seeking an Assistant Sales & Leasing Manager to help build and scale a vehicle rental and leasing business. This role combines sales, operations, and project management, working closely with cross-functional teams to turn market insights into effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute vehicle rental business strategies and processes.

- Conduct market research on customers, competitors, pricing, and products.

- Engage directly with customers to identify needs and design tailored solutions.

- Act as customer service, sales, and product lead during early-stage setup.

- Drive process optimization using data and technology.

- Coordinate projects with Operations, Tech, Marketing, and Customer Service teams.

- Track KPIs, report progress to senior management, and benchmark industry best practices.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

- Minimum 1 year experience in operations, start-ups, or project management (sales experience is a plus).

- Preferred background in logistics, transportation, or vehicle rental.

- Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, or similar tools.

- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with strong communication skills.

- Fluent in Indonesian and English; Chinese is a plus.
