About the role

We are seeking a talented Sales Assistant Manager (Cold Rolled Steel - Mandarin Speaker) to join our dynamic team at PT. POSCO INTERNATIONAL INDONESIA. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building strong relationships with our valued customers. Your fluency in Mandarin will be a significant asset as you navigate the diverse landscape of our operations in Indonesia.

What you'll be doing

  • Conducting all Sales processes (quotations, negotiating terms, and checking all commercial terms of offer and order of acceptance) to ensure compliance with Levels of Authority and other relevant policies, including shipping document preparation according to the date of delivery/shipment schedule.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of each sales process in a clear and timely manner.
  • Monitor and follow up with ongoing orders, shipment delivery, and customers' requirements.
  • Monitoring accounts receivable and coordinating with the Finance Department to ensure timely invoicing and follow up with customers (whenever required) to ensure prompt collection.
  • Proactively handles every situation that arises and can give proper problem-solving with analytical thinking.
  • Available for business trips (both domestic and international)

What we're looking for

  • Fluent in Mandarin, able to listen, speaking, reading, and written
  • Bachelor's degree in Chinese Literature/Economics/ Business / International Business/Engineering-related major
  • Advanced in English communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • At least 1-3 years' experience in Sales with an English-speaking environment
  • Advanced in interpersonal and negotiation skills with an outgoing and positive attitude
  • Self-motivated and able to work collaboratively within a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially MS. Excel)
