Overview:
Partnership & Project Officer role in the Marketing team focuses on managing strategic collaborations and executing marketing projects to support organizational growth. This role involves identifying and maintaining relationships with external partners, coordinating partnership initiatives, and integrating them into the broader marketing strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in All Major especially Marketing, Business, Management.
- 2-3 years experience in the same positions/ direct partnership & project
- Strong understanding of partnership strategies, including identifying potential partners, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving collaborative initiatives.
- Proven project management skills is a plus, covering planning, execution, progress monitoring, risk management, and post-project evaluation.
- Solid marketing knowledge to ensure partnership activities align with brand direction and business objectives.
- Strategic and critical thinking abilities to analyze opportunities, evaluate project impact, and recommend improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- High adaptability and agility in handling fast-paced environments, shifting priorities, and evolving partnership needs.
