We are seeking Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Functional Consultants to deliver project implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expertise in multiple modules in the HCM solution
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients and offer expert guidance on maximizing the use of their HCM solution.
  • Balance time and energy effectively in order to deliver service to concurrent clients.
  • Collaborate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders to understand their business requirements.
  • Configure the HCM solution to meet clients requirements.
  • Conduct system and quality assurance testing.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of documentation, and provide training and support on the effective use of the HCM solution
  • Proactively identify issues and propose practical solutions to meet the business needs while remaining on-time and within the scope.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information System, Computer Science, HR, Business, or related field
  • Have maximum 3 years of experience in customer-facing, HR system end-to-end implementation (can be Oracle / SAP / Sunfish / any local HCM products)
  • Hands-on configuration experience in HCM modules
  • Strong understanding of HCM business processes and workflows
  • Able to communicate in English
  • Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
