Job Description

  • Administer Employee Benefits Programs, Including Payroll, Taxation, Enrollment, Changes, And Terminations
  • Conduct New Employee Orientations And Facilitate Onboarding Activities, And Handle The Performance
  • Maintain Accurate And Up-to-date Employee Records, Including Personnel Files And HRIS Data
  • Partner With Managers To Address Employee Relations Issues And Provide Guidance On Company Policies And Procedures
  • Support Talent Acquisition Efforts By Sourcing Candidates, Screening Resumes, And Coordinating Interviews

Requirement

  • 5-8 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on employee relations, talent management, and/or compensation and benefits
  • Background working in a multinational company with an understanding of cultural differences and best practices for working with diverse teams
  • Excellent communication skills, including a professional level of English proficiency in both verbal and written communication
  • Proven experience in using HRIS and ATS
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience using HR data to identify trends and inform decision-making
