Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources & General Affairs Manager based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role involves overseeing HR functions such as recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations. Additionally, responsibilities include managing general affairs, including facilities, assets and office administration, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The manager will also collaborate with leadership to implement organizational strategies and improvements.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resource Management, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
  • Experience in General Affairs such as managing facilities and assets, office operations, and administration
  • Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance standards
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to develop and implement HR and organizational strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; English communication skills are a plus
  • Experience in a similar role or industry is advantageous
