About the role

PT Syailendra Asia is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Human Resources to join our growing team in South Jakarta, Jakarta. As the Head of Human Resources, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and organisational development. This is a crucial role that will have a direct impact on the success and growth of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the company's overall business objectives
  • Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of top talent
  • Manage employee performance, including goal setting, feedback, and development
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration
  • Promote a positive and inclusive company culture
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to identify and address organisational challenges
  • Provide HR expertise and guidance to managers and employees
  • Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes and initiatives

What we're looking for

  • Extensive experience (8+ years) in a senior HR role, preferably in a consulting or generalist HR setting
  • Thorough understanding of Indonesian labour laws and HR best practices
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and lead high-performing HR teams
  • Proficiency in data analysis and HR reporting
  • A proven track record of implementing successful HR initiatives
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
