Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Information System, Information Technology, Psychology (with HR experience), or Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HRIS (preferably Darwinbox).
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and HR data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
  • Capable of conducting business needs analysis and translating them into technological solutions.
  • Strong project management and documentation skills.
  • Adaptive to changes in technology and business processes.
  • Possession of HR certification (optional but highly advantageous).

Job Descriptions:

  • Conduct HR system requirements analysis from clients or business units.
  • Provide HRIS solution recommendations that align with organizational needs.
  • Manage end-to-end HRIS implementation projects, including user training.
  • Configure and perform system testing for HRIS.
  • Provide technical and functional support after implementation.
  • Coordinate with technology vendors and internal teams for system integration needs when required.
  • Develop technical and functional documentation related to HRIS systems.
  • Conduct ongoing evaluation and continuous improvement of the implemented systems.
