Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Kami mencari seorang Oracle Functional Consultant yang berpengalaman untuk bergabung dalam tim kami dalam mengelola dan mengoptimalkan sistem ERP berbasis Oracle. Posisi ini akan berfokus pada pemahaman proses bisnis, penerjemahan kebutuhan pengguna, serta konfigurasi dan implementasi modul-modul Oracle ERP sesuai dengan kebutuhan organisasi/klien.

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Menganalisis proses bisnis dan merancang solusi menggunakan modul Oracle ERP (Finance, SCM, Procurement, HR, dll.)
  • Melakukan konfigurasi sistem, pengujian fungsional, serta mendukung implementasi dan go-live.
  • Berkolaborasi dengan tim teknis dan pengguna bisnis untuk memastikan integrasi yang efektif antara sistem dan proses bisnis.
  • Memberikan dukungan pasca implementasi termasuk pelatihan pengguna dan penanganan issue harian.
  • Menyusun dokumentasi fungsional, SOP, dan panduan pengguna.
  • Mengelola permintaan perubahan (change request) dan melakukan analisis dampak terhadap sistem.

Kualifikasi:

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 di bidang Teknologi Informasi, Sistem Informasi, Akuntansi, atau yang relevan.
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2–3 tahun sebagai Oracle Functional Consultant.
  • Memahami modul-modul Oracle EBS / Oracle Cloud ERP (misal: GL, AP, AR, PO, INV, FA).
  • Mampu melakukan konfigurasi dan dokumentasi secara mandiri.
  • Memiliki kemampuan analisis bisnis yang kuat serta komunikasi yang baik dengan pengguna.
  • Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman implementasi full cycle ERP.
