Deskripsi pekerjaan:


• Memimpin tim functional (3–10 orang) seperti training, coaching, dan pembagian tugas.


• Mengatur timeline, resource, prioritas, serta memastikan seluruh deliverables proyek terpenuhi tepat waktu.


• Bertindak sebagai functional lead yang mengarahkan desain solusi seluruh modul ERP.


• Mengambil keputusan desain proses bisnis dan solusi berdasarkan kebutuhan klien.


• Menjadi penghubung antara tim Technical, Project Manager, user/client, dan pihak manajemen.


• Memahami analisis kebutuhan (fit-gap analysis) dan memberikan best practice proses bisnis.


• Menyusun dokumen proyek seperti BRD, FSD, SOP, dan process flow (Visio).


• Melakukan konfigurasi dan setup ERP (Diutamakan : Oracle JD Edwards, Oracle EBS, Idempiere, atau ERP lainnya).


• Minimal telah terlibat dalam project, diutamakan project manager atau team project member, dalam 3 siklus project (Assessment, Desain, Development, Testing, UAT, SIT dan go live support).


• Memahami konsep integrasi dengan pihak ketiga (API/EDI) aplikasi dan mobile apps.


• Mengelola implementasi end-to-end, roll-out, dan upgrade di berbagai klien.

Kualifikasi:


• Minimal 4 tahun pengalaman sebagai Functional Consultant ERP (Oracle, Idempiere, atau ERP lain), termasuk memimpin implementasi end-to-end/roll-out/upgrade serta memimpin tim functional (3–10 orang atau lebih).


• Berpengalaman bekerja di lingkungan konsultan (nilai tambah).


• Menguasai 3–4 modul ERP, terutama Finance (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Asset), Distribution (Procurement, Inventory, Sales Order), dan Manufacturing (Work Order, Product Costing, MRP) bila diperlukan.


• Menguasai business process mapping, fit-gap analysis, pembuatan FSD/BRD/SOP, serta process flow.


• Berpengalaman konfigurasi dan setup ERP, testing SIT/UAT, dan memahami cross-function serta integrasi 3rd party (API/EDI); pengetahuan OMW, UBE, dan orchestrator menjadi nilai tambah.


• Mampu memimpin, mengarahkan, dan mengembangkan tim functional, serta mengelola timeline, resource, risiko, dan deliverables proyek.


• Mampu mengambil keputusan desain proses & solusi, serta berkoordinasi efektif dengan technical, PM, user, dan manajemen.


• Komunikatif, persuasif, kuat dalam problem solving dan decision-making, serta proaktif bekerja dengan minimal supervisi.


• Dokumentasi rapi, terstruktur, dan mampu bekerja dalam tekanan serta deadline ketat.


• Kemampuan menggunakan Figma atau tools UI/UX lain menjadi nilai tambah
