About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced
Functional Consultant
who has strong exposure to
payment terminal integration to POS systems
and
e-Invoice implementation in Indonesia
. This role is focused heavily on
business and functional advisory
, working closely with stakeholders to provide insights, define requirements, and support integration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide expert functional guidance related to
    payment terminal integration
    with POS (specifically
    RG POS
    ).
  • Lead discussions with business users, gather requirements, and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Support the implementation and optimization of
    Indonesian e-Invoice
    processes.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment between business needs and system design.
  • Troubleshoot functional issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Act as a Business Analyst/Consultant to bridge the gap between business operations and technical development.

Requirements :

  • Proven hands-on experience in
    payment terminal integration to POS
    (experience with
    RG POS
    is a strong advantage).
  • Prior involvement in
    e-Invoice (e-Faktur) implementation in Indonesia
    .
  • Strong understanding of business processes related to retail, payments, and invoicing.
  • Ability to provide high-level business and functional advisory.
  • Experience working as a
    Functional Consultant
    or
    Business Analyst
    .
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver clear documentation.
