Job Responsibilities:

  • Understand client needs and document business requirements.
  • Configure and customize ERP modules based on client specifications.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless system integrations.
  • Plan, schedule, and track project progress to meet deadlines.
  • Train end-users and provide comprehensive documentation.
  • Offer post-implementation support and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Conduct system testing and ensure data integrity.
  • Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
  • Prepare reports and maintain project documentation.
  • Act as the main client contact, fostering strong professional relationships.
  • Support pre-sales activities, including presentations and client consultations.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing materials, technical guides, and help documents.
  • Stay updated on the latest ERP trends and certifications.

Requirements:

  • 4 to 8 years of experience in ERP implementation (any module).
  • Strong functional expertise in at least one ERP system.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate in remote work settings.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
