Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a
Functional Consultant
based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

The Functional Consultant will:

  • Analyze business processes and provide consulting services.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend solutions.
  • Configure relevant Oracle EBS modules.
  • Ensure successful ERP implementation.
  • Collaborate with
    Key Users
    to:
  • Identify and prioritize business needs.
  • Translate requirements into
    functional specification documents
    .
  • Provide a foundation for ERP development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business, Finance, Information Technology
    , or related field.
  • Minimum of
    3 full-cycle implementations
    as a Functional Consultant in Finance, Distribution & Manufacturing modules.
  • Strong knowledge of
    business processes
    , preferably in Finance.
  • Excellent
    analytical, problem-solving, and consulting skills
    .
  • Strong communication skills in
    English and Bahasa Indonesia
    .
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Experience with
    Oracle EBS 12
    is required.
  • Familiarity with
    NetSuite
    or
    Acumatica
    ERP
    is an advantage.
