About the role

Hana Clinic is seeking a talented Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing professional to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role based in Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Raya, you will be responsible for driving the digital marketing strategy and campaigns that promote our innovative healthcare services to our target audience.

What you'll be doing

1. Digital Advertising & Campaign Management

  • Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
  • Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective creatives and messaging.
  • Handle budget allocation, bidding strategies, and ensure efficient campaign performance.

2. Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization

  • Develop strategies to increase both the quantity and quality of leads.
  • Optimize the marketing funnel from awareness to conversion.
  • Improve conversion rates across landing pages and digital channels.

3. Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Analyze campaign data to make data-driven decisions.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Monitor key metrics such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, and Cost per Lead.

4. Content & Creative Collaboration

  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ads and content.
  • Provide direction for copywriting, visual assets, and video ads based on performance insights.

5. Audience Targeting & Market Research

  • Define the right audience segmentation for each campaign.
  • Conduct competitor research and analyze digital marketing trends.
  • Identify new market opportunities through insights and data.

6. Social Media & Retargeting Strategy

  • Develop retargeting strategies to drive conversions.
  • Optimize remarketing campaigns across social media and Google Display Network.
  • Manage tracking pixels, event tracking, and custom audience setups.

7. Budget Management

  • Plan, allocate, and manage advertising budgets effectively.
  • Ensure budget usage aligns with KPIs and delivers maximum ROI.

8. Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure lead quality.
  • Provide insights to management for strategic decision-making.

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in performance marketing or digital marketing, preferably in the healthcare or a related industry
  2. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, and Google Analytics
  3. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  5. A creative mindset and the ability to develop innovative digital marketing strategies
  6. Relevant degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
